Robyn and Ron Visit D.C.

We've had the pleasure of having Randy's parents visit this last week. James and I have had a great time joining them at the museums during the day. If the 10 hours we spent at the Smithsonian American History Museum is any indicator, I'd say that is their favorite museum so far. On Saturday we did D.C. by bike. James isn't big enough yet to be pulled behind the bike so I jogged along while they biked to the different landmarks. It felt good to move my legs at faster than the slow, museum shuffle. It's amazing how tiring that speed gets. Here's The F.D.R. Memorial.
Quick picnic by the Potomac River.
Lincoln Memorial
White House
Aren't they cute? And amazingly agile on those oversized bikes, weaving thru mazes of people.

How fun! I haven't seen little James in a long time and he is getting so big, and so adorable. He is a very handsome boy! We miss you guys! Hope all is well!
