We've spent most of the holiday at the cabin. First with Randy's family, then with Wendy's and Daniel's. We've had so much fun. Just lots of broomball, ice skating, sledding, 4 wheeling, snow mobiling, eating, playing games, and just enjoying being together. As always, I wasn't great about taking pictures, but here's what I've got.
We cleared a long trail on the lake for ice skating.

That looks like fun! Bode is so adorable!
I thought it must be arctic freezing cold, less than -40F or something, but then I see Chrissy in the last photo in just a jacket, slacks, cap and mittens, not even a coat. So either
A) Chrissy has acclimatized beautifully;
B) someone stole her coat; or
C) the Carrs are just trying to make it "look" super freezing cold for their friends back in the South and in Australia to be amazed at their bravery of going North in January (:
It did get pretty cold at times, but it's probably 15-20 degrees in those picture. So quite minnesota "balmy."
