1) A/C. It's been in the 90's for days now. We are so glad to have A/C (there are a lot of houses in Minneapolis that don't. It's not hot often, but when it is, it IS.)
2) Beautiful landscaping and house. It's so fun to be setting up our furniture again.
3) Our neighborhood. When we decided to buy the house we figured we'd have to spend time at the nearby park in hopes of meeting other kids. Turns out there are 32 kids on the next block alone. We were invited to the neighborhood kid bike and ice cream social the morning, then we just got back from the neighborhood BBQ. Everyone was SO nice.
