Well, here are James' newest skills at 3 months old. All of a sudden, on the day he turned 3 months old, he started grabbing onto his feet when you change his diaper and pulling his legs way up towards his face. He does it every time now- never did before. I think he thinks he's helping though I'm not sure I agree.
I mentioned earlier in the blog about Bridger, a baby who is almost 5 months older than James and when we met him I thought, I can't imagine my baby ever being that big- but then not long ago from a distance I almost couldn't tell them apart. Not only is James starting to look like him, but now he is dressing like him. Ah, the peer pressure starts so young.
He's reached the point where he can start to use some of the cool hand-me-downs that we got from Randy's wonderful co-worker, with a little propping up of course.
James hates to be on his stomach. We like to blame his long neck for his bobble headedness but in reality I probably just give in too quickly and help him roll over. Up until a few days ago he would just lift his face off the blanket, squeel, then slam it back down into the floor, repeatedly, until he got really upset. The other day though, I set him on his stomach while I was washing the dishes and after a few minutes I realized he wasn't screaming. Concerned, I looked around the counter and there he was holding his head up and looking out the window. He's still not consistant about it and would trade tummy time for standing any day, but we're getting there.
Thanks Tara for the age stickers and Stephanie for the cute giraffe. We'll use them to mark how he grows.

Wow,he is getting cuter and cuter. You thought that a kid couldn't be cuter than Dennis...but looks like you proved that one wrong.
He is starting to look more like his mommy. :) What a sweet boy. Every day gets better and better, doesn't it?
When you get tired of him, just pop him in the mail and send him to Honduras, how 'bout it?
