Working on the house

As you can see, it hasn't been just a matter of slapping some paint on the walls. Going was slow in the beginning because Randy had to essentially take out and replace the wood in almost every window sill and frame. When the previous owners updated the windows by putting the metal flashing over the wood, it was installed incorrectly and rather than prevent water from getting in, it collected and held it around the wood.
